The property consists of a 120-unit residential community configured in eight separate clusters surrounding a central landscaped plaza and circular drives. CVMNEXT’s long-term relationship began in 1998 after a portion of plaza deck partially collapsed into an underlying parking garage. Initial restoration was funded largely through insurance, leading to ongoing evaluations and renewal planning to inform capital repair and maintenance programs that address structural and waterproofing needs. CVMNEXT undertook the most recent initiative in 2014, working with the Association to develop and fund a broad, complex-wide renewal program, scheduled for completion in 2021.
