CVMNEXT completed a design-build contract for Amtrak under the ARRA program, which consisted of the complete demolition and rebuild of the train station and platform at Connellsville, PA, as well as renovations to six other stations. CVMNEXT was responsible for all aspects of the project including project management, design, construction management, safety and quality control.

As project manager, CVMNEXT navigated the administrative complexities of the ARRA program and interfaced with Amtrak’s program manager, Jacobs, to deliver a well-coordinated, successful project.
