Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and designed by noted Philadelphia architect Horace Trumbauer, Keswick Theatre opened its doors in 1928. The building has a rich history of offering live entertainment and movies, and now takes its place as one of the premiere live music venues in the region. New owners AEG Live, an international entertainment company, have undertaken a multi-year capital campaign that will preserve and improve the audience experience.

Building on a long-time relationship with Keswick, CVMNEXT was engaged as construction manager and engineer, helping to plan and oversee projects focused on safety, stabilization and preservation of the historic building. Recent projects include stabilization of the existing masonry structure, a reconstruction of the historic interior of the theater, lighting and electrical system upgrades and the design of a new catwalk system.
